SHIPPING POLICY

We process the ordered Products for shipping upon (i) confirmation of the said order, and (ii) receipt of the applicable purchase price, in the case of prepaid orders.

The Products shall be shipped to the address specified by you at the time of checkout as the designated Shipping Address, subject to the condition that such address falls within a serviceable area, as solely determined by us.

Upon shipment of the Products, we may provide you with a shipment tracking number to your email address, contact number provided by you at the time of placing the order. You may use this tracking number to monitor the shipment status and obtain real-time updates on the location and estimated date of delivery of the Products.

We may provide you with an estimated delivery date and time based on your location, however, the actual delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to geographical location, adverse weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or unforeseen logistical constraints
